We wanted to create a drink that was tasty and refreshing but without the guilt of high sugar content and synthetic additives. In our quest for this holy grail, we found the ancient art of brewing kombucha. We experimented and localized it to suit our palate and the result is a drink like no other. Umami Brew kombucha contains no added sugar, is made of all natural ingredients, and is chock-full of all the right stuff: live cultures, organic acids and antioxidants. We are simple and transparent with our ingredients without compromising on the integrity and taste of the drink.
