The benefits of Kombucha
« Many people around the world drink Kombucha for its health properties alone- you may be surprised to discover that something so healthy can also be so delicious ! »
Kombucha’s high probiotic content sets it apart from any other tea beverage in terms of total health benefits. Probiotics repopulate and help to strengthen beneficial bacteria in the digestive system. Thanks to these byproducts of the fermentation process, drinking “booch” increases the biodiversity of healthy bacteria in your body.
Thanks to the electrolytes, potassium, B12 vitamins, and the residual sugar and caffeine remaining after the fermentation process, kombucha provides a refreshing boost when you need a little extra kick and hydration!
