We do not accept cancellations after your order is placed. Be sure about what you are ordering before you finalize payment.
All Sales are final and we do not accept returns. Our products are timed and shipped to arrive to you in a perfectly fermented state. For that reason, any product shipped back in the form of a return would arrive to us in an over-fermented state and would be worthless.
Damaged Items / Refunds
Our products are always top quality and ensured for perfection before shipping. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or refund. All considerations will be on a case to case basis. Your requesting of a refund does not guarantee the refund. Refunds are made at the discretion of Umami Brew.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement/refund within 2 working days of receiving the order:
- Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order by email at email@example.com
- Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
- Step 3: We will get in touch with you within 1-3 business days regarding your request. All replacements/refunds will be at the discretion of Umami Brew.
If you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work with you on a case to case basis to provide you with replacements or refund.
When a refund is applicable, we will refund all or part of your money via online bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
